Recording 3-Way Calls

Q:  Is it legal to record 3-way calls?
A:  Each state has different laws concerning recording conversations.  Check the laws for your state or region before recording 3-way conversations.

Q:  How do I record 3-way calls from a standard telephone?
A:  If your phone service supports 3-way calling, do the following steps.  Dial your assigned MessageShuttle toll-free number.  When prompted, enter your 4-digit ID and press 2 to begin recording.  Press the "flash" button on your phone, then dial the 3rd party phone number.  Once the call has been completed, press the "flash" button again.  At this point, the 3-way call is established and being recorded.  When finished with the call, just hang up.

Q:  How do I record 3-way calls from an Android or iPhone cell phone?
A:  Store the MessageShuttle number in your contact list and name it MessageShuttle.  Then call the MessageShuttle number, enter your 4-digit ID and press 2 to begin recording.  Click the "Add Call" button and dial the 3rd party.  Once the call is answered, click the "Merge Calls" button.  At this point, the 3-way call is established and being recorded.  When finished with the call, click the "End" button.
